Account Deletion

This process refers to Hommis (developer: SVNY devs).

To delete your Hommis account, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in to the Hommis app with your account.
  2. Go to "Edit profile".
  3. At the bottom of the page, click the "Delete account" button to permanently remove it.
Warning: this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your data.

What data is deleted

ALL your account data is deleted (profile, photo, preferences and any other associated data).

What data is retained

Chats are retained for operational and security reasons, but your name will no longer be shown to the other party. Also, data strictly necessary due to legal obligations (e.g., security logs) is retained for the legally required period.

Retention periods

Deletion requests: processed as soon as possible. Legal data: retained for the minimum period required by law (usually between 6 and 24 months, depending on jurisdiction). Backups: overwritten cyclically.
