Note: We do not store credit card information or payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) through their respective payment systems.

2.5 Subscription Data

When you subscribe to Hommis Pro, we collect and store: Subscription status (active, cancelled, expired); Subscription start and end dates; Platform used for subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play Store); Subscription renewal dates; Trial period usage information. This data is necessary to manage your subscription, provide Pro features, and process renewals. Subscription payment information is processed and stored by Apple/Google and is not directly accessible to us.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts for: Violation of terms of use; Posting objectionable content (offensive, discriminatory, explicit sexual content); Abusive behavior or between users; Spam or fraudulent content; Activities that harm the platform or community; Any reason deemed necessary to protect the community.

Content moderation: We actively moderate user-generated content and respond to reports within 24 hours. When we identify violations, we remove the content and take appropriate action against the offending user, including account suspension or permanent ban.
